I am at almost 300 hours now on the machine. I do sometimes use it at low RPM, For instance when I am using a post driver. I also prefer to keep my hand throttle set down so that I have more control of the tractor with the foot throttle. I try to keep my rpm over 1500 most of the time though.

My 2023 Kubota m7060 averages a regen every 10 hours, doesn't concern me. Maybe they keep them programmed to burn often to keep the soot level down.

The valves can get sticky and need lubed. I had to replace the same part on My Kubota at less than 200 hours becaus the valves were getting sticky and it wore that piece out. Kubota covered it under warranty so I don't know how much it cost.

Stihl 261 FTW! I run one with a 20" bar on mine which it handles with ease. As long as you keep your chain sharp it will cut through 18" oak all day. Get the 261 and you'll thank yourself for not having to carry around a heavy saw as well.

It does not seem easy to remove the valve pump from the circuit or else I would be more tempted to try it. The feed and return are banjo lines that bolt to the pump. The problem seems to be in the valve pump.

You have to run a custom throttle cable because the factory is electric.

I think you will have to do parked regen now since you turned it off. Is there not a sticker on your dash displaying these symbols and how to proceed? If not, look in the owners manual. Do not avoid parked regen or you will go in limp mode and have to take the tractor to the shop.
