On the number 6 relay in the picture (Fuel shutoff) while turning the key to the on position see if the relay clicks by putting your finger on it. If it doesn't I would make sure all fuses are good and if they are it could be a defective ignition switch.

I think that's a good idea, I do kind of the same thing on my bush hog gear boxes instead of using the recommended 80w90 weight oil I fill the gear box 1/2 full with grease. So far so good. (y)

I have a 2012 Kioti RX6010 and it's one tough tractor, it's also pre Tier 4 regulations. My 2012 F350 Powerstroke is completely stock with all of the EPA regulated parts and it has been trouble free for me since day one. Everyone has an opinion and you will certainly hear them here.

I would think that the 12 volt power to the solenoid would come directly from a separate 12 volt fused source and be connected to a normally open set of contacts on a relay and the coil of this relay would be activated by a 12 volt source activated by the ignition switch when it is in the start...

Lisle makes a nice double flare tool, I use it quite often to make brake lines.

Does it sound like it's running on all cylinders, loosen the fuel line at each injector to ensure fuel sprays out and see if the engine changes whenever the line is loose. My guess it's fuel related, check the fuel line from the tank to the engine for any cracks/deterioration could be sucking air.

Not sure about yours but, most of the ones I have worked on to include a recent John Deere 4 cylinder is the fuel cutoff solenoid is normally closed. Meaning it takes power from the key switch to energize the solenoid allowing fuel to pass, turning the key off removes power to the solenoid.

I didn't realize sitting a fence post could be so technical, drill a hole and sink that baby.

My first impression was they are pushing the old "turbo encabulator" again (many of us remember that commercial). My guess it's snake oil, certainly not something that I would be willing to try on my Powerstroke. That would be an expensive experiment.

Curtis does make a nice product, I had one of their cabs on my Polaris Ranger and it did the job. If it were mine I would opt for the Kioti cab and pay the extra if it was within my budget.

I used a Polaris Ranger to coral cows whenever we were taking them to the market, worked like a charm.

The Ferris suspension is unlike anything I have experienced before, it will make mowing uneven ground very tolerable.

On mine it wasn't a direct replacement fit, the diameter of my shifter was too small, so I just cut a piece of 1/2" copper pipe for a sleeve, and it worked perfect.

Ferris is definitely here to stay from everything that I've heard, they are expensive but so is anything that's top shelf.

Just put one on my RX6010 and it was pretty easy with all of the access panels that Kioti puts under the floor mat. Good luck with your install.

I have a 10,000# 4 post lift that I use for my best girls, made by Complete Lift and I have a Derek Weaver 11,000# 2 post in my shop for all other work.

Thats sounds just like the way I use the 4 in 1 sik, except you wouldn't be able to rip out of the ground most of the stuff I was working with. I used the backhoe to lay most of it down and then the 4 in 1 was icing on the cake.(y)

The WR Long 4 in 1 bucket is awesome, I used it yesterday to clean up a bunch of saplings and undergrowth. You can pick up the brush/debris and leave the dirt behind, this thing is a major time saver and it's built like a tank. WR Long builds quality implements.

I personally haven't been on a Kioti zero turn but when I was at the farm show in NC a few weeks back I was able to take a pretty good look at them and from what I saw they look to be well made. Also, the pricing wasn't bad either when compared to some of the other different color units.

Kioti's are a quality machine as you already know, my experience with operating both cab and open I would go with the cab hands down. As mentioned, one must be extra alert when tractoring through a wooded area.

I think it's just a matter of what feels right, I like mine closer to the 4 o'clock position.

I'm not familiar with the Provider tire but I am using Sailuns G rated which is also a Chinese made tire on my fifth wheel RV. They are a very good tire at an affordable price when compared to an equal Goodyear tire. The company in China that makes the Sailuns are an ISO certified company.
