If it were me I'd pull out 1 relay at a time and clean the sockets with contact cleaner . And reseat ur relays to start. lots of dirt there that can give you a bad connection.
I actually just did that, I am searching for the bleeder screen for fuel now , all the videos I'm seeing are different than mine

That looks like what I have. Thanks, I will try and replace the relay tomorrow.

If you have 12 volt source and a volt/ohm meter you can test the relays, see attached.

I have replaced all the relays and still no start

On the number 6 relay in the picture (Fuel shutoff) while turning the key to the on position see if the relay clicks by putting your finger on it. If it doesn't I would make sure all fuses are good and if they are it could be a defective ignition switch.

Do you have voltage at the fuel shut off solenoid now that you replaced the relays? If you do and the solenoid isn't opening the fuel valve, you have a bad solenoid. There are normally 2 solenoids; an opening solenoid and a holding solenoid and both must be working.
If you don't have voltage at the solenoid then the problem could be a broken wire, bad connection etc since you replaced the relays.

If you don't have voltage at the solenoid then the problem could be a broken wire, bad connection etc since you replaced the relays.
I was told I could run a hot wire to the solenoid or just pull the solenoid to start. Is this correct?

How many wires on your solenoid. Usually there are two so you will have to run two wires. Don't anything about your specific solenoid but give it a try. It can't hurt anything.
