I don't - was not planning on doing that at this time as I'm just changing the lube earlier than the 400 hours as I bought it used from the dealer- just want to put all the right stuff in. I'd take your direction though on it, regardless of not needing it today. :)

I don't see that greasing the axle pivot is applicable according to the book, just adjusting the nut.

The manual says: KUBOTA SUPER UDT-2 SAE 80-SAE 90 gear oil Why specify 2 options? From what I've read it ships with UDT. Recommendations? I'm looking at buying the AMSOIL SEVERE GEAR® 80W-90 100% Synthetic Gear Lube for it.

Update, I found a Youtube video of my tractor model and there is a boot there. I'm pretty sure that part 100 is it. I'm going to go into my local dealer and see if they have it.

I didn't hear any grinding noises, I just looked down and saw one wheel spinning and the other not.

I am able to move piles of dirt around witout a toobar but sometimes find that it's a little difficult to dig in on certain piles. I'm wondering if one would would make that any easier? What about picking up seaweed in a compost pile? I often flip the piles during its lifespan.

The dealer had told me that they use 4WD for all loader work. I moved a mount of soil over the weekend on un even ground which is why one of the wheels had spun, plus it was pretty wet. I'm confused as to why the manual shows what it does below for 4WD.

I turn the hood latch, the mechanism disengages and I can get my fingers under the bottom of the hood, I then can only life about 1-2" and something stops the hood from opening all the way. I've tried moving it side to side and lifting but something seems to be caught. Any ideas?

I'm having a lot of back and forth. I'm unsure why the Kubuta ones are so narrow? I am leaning towards the 3" spacers. It's more of the ruts with a loader full low to the ground that makes me nervous.

I am not an oil expert, for my Truck, Toyota says to use 0W-20 so I put in AMSOIL's 0W-20. Why the variance here for the tractor?

The manual says if between 14 degrees and 77 that I can use SAE 20 10W-30 & 15W-40. Living in New England, the temperatures are below and above those ranges. I'm an AMSOIL guy and would like to use their oil but am not sure which to go with. Any suggestions? LX2610.

I have this tank which is great for storage on the shelf, but it's a bit awkward to fill the tank which the fill spout is on the hood of the LX2610.

It's raining out right now, but took a quick look. The engine bay is dry, no leaks. I ran it for about 10-15 minutes on idle. The clamps on the small hose near the tank is. how would I tighten that one? The larger hose from the radiator to engine, I did not touch yet.
