auger is a single valve on and off where the others are 2 way valves, we made up a test light that fits the connector to the solenoids, that way we see a visual of the power going to the valve. its way easier than the volt meter

you could have a solenoid going bad or the connection at it, is it always the same function on the blower not working? you could try switching the connectors on the solenoid around and see if it still fails to work and the issue moves to another function

hi ruffdog, yes even pulled the heater it works as designed, unlike a wet blockheater that is surrounded by coolant the dry one sits in air and relies on convection to transfer the heat to the coolant, its just not efficent at cooler temeratures

sadly my Toolcat is not the Kubota engine and last time I spoke with the dealer nothing was available they suggest keeping it indoors

it does work, checked with ammeter anf feel, the heat element id hot but around it is not, likely only 25% of the heat gets to motor picked up a wabasto heater but there is no room to install it on the Toolcat

om the old 2005 one I had correct the brakes are spring pressure, thats why the brakes need to see pressure to release, there is also a bolt one can jack the brakes off to load on a trailer, the brakes ever worked for you

the way I understand it the auxiliary hydraulics is a gear pump, when turned on it physically operates a pump not part of the machine hydraulics, normal flow and high flow they change the hydraulic output which reduces power but increases flow, have to look at the schematic as to how its done...

interesting when the aux switch is activated there is a definite motor noise present, figured it was a hydraulic motor activated by clutch
