I have a bought a cement mixer for my bobcat that did not come with the male electrical plug that plugs into the external electrical auxillary plug. The cement mixer has 4 wires feeding the relays that operate the hydraulic mixer drive and the dump gate. Has any body else wired one of these plugs up so it works with the Bobcat controls. My Bobcat dealer tells me there is no way to make this work. He says he can sell me the auxillary plug for $280.00 but doubts if I will be able to operate it using the Bobcat controls. I know this forum has vast knowledge so if anyone could give me advice as to whether it can work with Bobcat controls or if I will have to make my own auxillary switch and control it that way.

you would need to provide a wiring diagram for us to have a chance

the plug on a Bobcat is not a switched 12v supply rather a digital signal that requires a hook up on the attachment to work solenoids, my suggestion is make up a switch box and run it off the 12 volt auxiliary from the bobcat, thats what I had to do with a tree spade
