Can we mount 12 16.5 skidsteer tires on 10 16.5 wheels ?

Is it OK to switch from 10-16.5 skidsteer tires to 12-16.5 tires but mount them on my 10-16.5 wheels ?
I have a Mustang 2040, looking for a taller tire for a bit more speed. Thank you

My case 1840 skidsteer has 12x16.5 tires where 10x16.5 tires should be hard to change since they are near new. BUT the 12x16.5 tires makes grading harder because the bucket is not flat on the ground like they would be with the smaller tires, something to think about.

Hadn't thought of that, so thank you. This is a snow plow machine and I need a bit more speed . I'm going from a 30" tall tire to a 33.

as mentioned above bucket level and flat is a issue, we had a 743 Bobcat someone had taller filled tires on, we switched to regular and the fix they had was weld a piece of 1 1/2 thick steel on the arm stops,
