JD 1530 will not stay in reverse

Good point, basically any pivot points in the shift lever wear over time so there will be several wear points. On my tractor the shift lever moved forewared and back plus side to side there was noticeable wear in those pins also contributing to the sloppyness of the shifter.

    Rotary Cutter  Bush Hog 70-07

Looking at a Bush Hog 70-07 rear blade for my tractor. It is a 7 foot blade with tilt and angle. Does anyone own one? If so how do you like it? I'm getting a Case DX 40 four wheel drive tractor. For those not familiar that is a 40 engine horse tractor. Is this a good blade for general...

    Hydro on 40 and 45

How smooth are the hydro's on these tractors? I test drove a New Holland 45 horse, seemed to whine kind of noisily and a bit jerky. Are they better when they get some hours on? To get the features I like I guess I will have to get a hydro.

    used DX 45

    Agco st34

Rope1 How many hours do you have on it now? Any problems with it? I plan on putting a blade on front to plow snow, do you think it has enough power for deep snow? Should the tires be filled or is traction good without? I'd sooner not fill tires if I can get by without.

    Agco st34

I have been looking at the Agco st34 for a few years now, I really like the power shuttle transmission. I know Massey makes a similar tractor. A dealer told me it is getting hard to get the st's. Is this true? If it is is it the same way with Massey? I haven't talked to my local dealer...
