When I was a kid my dad used a pto cement mixer on a tractor to make a large slab for the hogs. It kept me and my brothers busy shoveling sand and dumping 94 lb bags of cement into the mixer. Something like that may work on your tractor. It was easy to move and dump the concrete where you wanted it.

The only obvious thing to do would be to shift into a lower gear when you have to use the clutch. The clutch was not designed to alter your speed and will be damaged when using it the way you are. Since you have to step on the clutch anyway, just downshift to save the clutch

I know a guy that was in the masonry union and he got a bunch of pallets from work. He then took the pallets apart and used them for flooring. He used a clear epoxy to fill in all the gaps. He had access to the epoxy from work and it made the floor smooth and impressive.

Rotating pastures is necessary with horses. They graze like sheep. Overgrazing without rotation is hard on pastures. A corral area is necessary to use in the spring after snow is gone until grass is growing good.
