I think you're missing a part, the only picture of an Iseki TPH shows another bracket for the top link to hook to. Enlarge this picture and you can see the bracket above the point yours is attached. After I looked at your picture again, I'm not sure.

I tried two round tractor mufflers that were too loud so I went with a car muffler with the same inlet and larger outlet than the original muffler. The oval muffler is as quiet as the original, and been on for two or three years.

Can't answer for sure about your CC, but I have a BX2200 that is similar in size. I use a PHD with no problem. It's the standard size Cat 1 PHD, same as the JR except longer auger. Had the tiller out for the first time last week. First time I've used it, since it's so heavy, I wondered if I could pull it. Well it works just fine if I don't try to run fast. Does a good jop tearing up the soil on first pass, and really goes deep on second pass.
