How do you plow snow?

I started off using the bucket and rear blade on my tractor. Then I got an 8' V plow for my truck. Last thing I did for snow removal... moved from Maine to Virginia... problem solved.
One of my uncles moved from upstate NY to VA 10-15 years ago and is constantly making fun of me for having to deal with snow...

Finally finished moving my 84" hydraulic snow blower over to the new tractor. So far it works well, and no more bogging down the tractor engine.

Where i live, if you have lettering on vehicle it requires commercial tags and commercial insurance policy
How would the ins co know it's lettered? I have to send pics to Haggerty for my antique/classic veh's, but not my "regular" car ins co.

So we got a little snow over last weekend.. it was not much but just enough to be a PITA. And it was cold… like 10-15*… the past year I put hundreds and hundreds on tons of millings on my road and it’s held up pretty well. I was really hesitant to plow it .. I ended up using my skidsteer with a Boss snow box that I have not really used much before. ..it worked really well.. very little if and damage to the road ..and super fast. ..that said.. the road was probably pretty frozen.. it’s almost 45* today so the melt off is going on. I wouldn’t run the box over it now.

I escaped once, joined the Army and ended up in Texas. I don't know what brought me back to Maine and her winter.

I believe he did have to send pics. It's 60+ years old, so it could be in almost any kind of condition and they want to get a sense.

In places where this is required, it's generally the state that is requiring the commercial registration, not the insurance company. If law enforcement sees what appears to be a commercial truck without commercial plates, they can pull you over and ticket you.

Vermont doesn't have commercial registration. Commercial vehicles are registered the same as any other. A Ridgeline and Freightliner will both just have "TRUCK" registrations and license plates. Yes, the Freightliner will pay more*, but that's the only difference.

*Only the actual registration. Sales Tax on vehicles registered for more the 10,099# is capped at $2,486, or the equivalent of the cost of a $41,433 purchase price. So the Ridgeline will pay more in sales tax, but less on registration.
