How do I plow snow? Reluctantly.
I'm aware of that. I live in Vermont. Not all states have the same rules... which is why I started off that post with "In places where it is required..."Vermont doesn't have commercial registration. Commercial vehicles are registered the same as any other. A Ridgeline and Freightliner will both just have "TRUCK" registrations and license plates. Yes, the Freightliner will pay more*, but that's the only difference.
*Only the actual registration. Sales Tax on vehicles registered for more the 10,099# is capped at $2,486, or the equivalent of the cost of a $41,433 purchase price. So the Ridgeline will pay more in sales tax, but less on registration.
my insurance company always inspects my vehicles before issuing a new policy. And they take pics. How would the ins co know it's lettered? I have to send pics to Haggerty for my antique/classic veh's, but not my "regular" car ins co.
Probably Texas and her summersI escaped once, joined the Army and ended up in Texas. I don't know what brought me back to Maine and her winter.

i'm surprised at how much that's lugging, fairly small blower and likely a ton of power. Probably just way too small a fan and chute-kills the efficiency.Tim Allen would be proud.
I start off in December with a "this is fun" attitude. The fun seems much diminished though, come February/March.How do I plow snow? Reluctantly.
