I have an MT240 with a regen issue, as part of the trouble shooting, they replaced my ECU. Now the dash resets once in a while. It never did that with the old ECU and my battery is at 12.7vcd. I'll see if I can find the CA/CCA info on the battery and put a tester on it tomorrow.

The stump bucket I bought was shipped in a crate made of angle iron. I cut off a couple of the legs and made some FFL Cylinder Safety Stops. Cleaned up, primed, painted and added some rubber where it meets the piston rod. I'd use zip ties to hold them in place when in use.

RPM sounds fine, just try dumping a little slower, don't need to be slow, just not max dump speed.

are you dumping fast at a lower engine RPM? Keep those RPMs up It might happen when full because the weight of the dirt causes the bucket to dump faster than the hydraulic system is pumping oil to the cylinders causing an air pocket and takes a few seconds to catch up.

I had that, looked underneath and found the dealership zip-tied the 3rd function hydraulic line to the reverse mechanism, and that affected both forward and reverse, unbelievable!

no, the flex hose runs to my 3rd function valve. My rear remotes are all hard pipe (4), a little hard to see here, one shot of where they terminate under the seat, and another where you can kind of follow them start to finish.

Had a failure that busted the little plastic mounts that the PTO cover safety chains mount to. Anyone have unique options that they have used to secure the safety chains back to the cover? Pictures would be great if available.

Had a load (22-24 yards) of pit sand delivered, and have been using it to fill holes. Seems to be working well, it is straight sand, no rocks, or other debris, pretty happy with it, and the dogs absolutely love it.

It is a photo illusion or is the wix filter diameter a good bit smaller? The main body seems the same, but the mating surface looks a lot smaller in the picture, might be because the stock is closer to the lens. Defiantly shorter which could account for the weight difference.
