Trailering a Bobcat Toolcat

   / Trailering a Bobcat Toolcat #11
Dave,
My current attachments don't require the attachment controls (my stuff only uses std. joystick movements and auxilliary hydraulic functions), but I did get the wiring and control kit so I can easily buy or rent other attachments where you control multiple functions and movements from inside the cab. CRJCaptain has attachment controls experience.

I've had that "not going into gear" experience a few times, but mostly in the beginning, when the lockout arm may have been momentarily pushed up slightly or possibly when a safety switch was enabled because of conflicting mode bottons pressed (but maybe not only then). It's never left me stranded and I don't recall this happening at all in my most recent 40 hours of use.

I don't know if Bobcat has made any adjustments in these systems between your (early 2004?) A-series unit vs. my Summer 2005 B-series machine. You should take it out of forward or reverse before you shut down your Toolcat. Good luck in figuring out what's going on. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
