The Best Home-Built Add-Ons of 2018: Did You Make the List?

Doing something fun this month. I compiled a list of what I felt are the best home-built add-ons of the first half of 2018, based on threads posted here. Items had to be posted in 2018 (though a couple were probably made earlier, they were posted at some point this year either as a thread or a reply) and had to be more of an add-on than a fully functional attachment (so for example if you built a box scraper from scratch that wouldn't be on this list).

So yes I know that 2018 still has five months to go, but I figure this is kind of a test run for this format of gallery + voting. I'm thinking I'll re-do this list at the end of the year with the top 20 and maybe go back in time and create an all-time list too. It was a lot of fun to put the list together and see what everybody put together just this year so I'm sure digging through the entire forum will be a blast and I'll need your help with that one.

I have a hedge row that is about 250 feet long and it takes me several days every year to trim it with an electric hedge trimmer. I decided to build a man sized hedge trimmer for my Kioti. I went looking for a sickle bar for a Cub and found one. I sand blasted it and painted it then started designing a mount and drive system for it. I bought a hydraulic motor and machined an eccentric flywheel. I took it out for a test drive and it now takes me less than an hour to trim the entire hedge row.
