Hello there. I have some questions about UTB-445 tractor, hope you can help me. Well, let's begin:

What type of oil used and what the capacity?
How much is the clearance to adjust the engine valves?
What pressure fuel injectors and fuel injection pump?

Thank you and sorry for my english.

Most UTB's in the USA were rebranded under the Long brand. So if you ever need parts, the Long 445 tractor is the exact same as yours. The engine takes SAE-20 for just winter use or 10w-30 for all season. Valve clearance is 0.25mm cold. Injection pressure should be 3200 to 3342 psi.

Thank you very much for information about UTB-445. Please, can you answer: what oil use for gearbox (transmission)?

Your tractor needs SAE 20w-40 for the tranny, It should take about 3 gallons

The transmission oil is UTF= universal tractor fluid you can find it at TSC Walmart, some auto supply stores.
The engine oil must have a rating for C you will find a seal on the container with rating look for CD,CE,CF etc are for diesels.
Oils rated with an S SE.SF ,SG etc are for gas engines.

Thank you so much guys! By the way, this information is need not for me. Tell me more, please, where can I find more information about management system (levers, switches, etc)? Searching entire internet using google - nothing interesting except your forum. I've seen a few books for UTB 445 - but get them only after the payment. Well, I'm from Russia so that these books get is very hard. Can you give me the links where I can find or download more information about 445? At least for the tractors, which are similar to UTB 445. Everything similar.

Thanks one again.

I got the Operator Manual for mine from a company in US. The UTB 445 was sold in America as a Long 445 & also as an Allis Chalmers 5045 ( also as an Oliver). I got the manual for an Allis Chalmers 5045 which is OK for most stuff but doesn't cover the 4 wheel drive (Mine is an UTB 445DT).
Some good info on

Thanks, but I have already this information. I need more details. By the way, we bought oil SAE 80W-85 API GL4 for transmission, it's okay for using?

My Universal tractor Oil is 15w 40 & I used it for both engine & transmission/hydraulics, but Wales is a temperate climate (even though we had a frost of -18 deg Celsius last week:shocked: )
You may need say a 5w 40 for the engine in a Russian winter though, depends which part of Russia you are!
As someone said, 80w 85 is way too viscous for the transmission/hydraulics. You'll probably break a drive key for the hydraulic pump if you use that in a Russian winter.

What oils do you have available to you?
