Ya I'm guessing you need more bars for a forced manual regen. If I can remember on my 1736 it never has automatically regened at 4 bars, seems like it has always been 5 bars when it does it.

Is your seat switch just a simple switch? If so I'd just connect the wires together. Can you follow the seat switch wiring to make sure its not damage or chewed? Is there any sensor/switch that lets the tractor know that the seat is flipped up as is described in the PTO sequence?

That sure does seem strange that something has changed with how you used to be able to operate your PTO and especially now you can not move the tractor without it shutting off.

I believe your 2410 has a high and low range. Between low and high should be a neutral position. In neutral as long as the parking brake is off it should roll freely, maybe not as easy as a small car depending on the tires and it might take 2-3 people to get it moving.

Well at least you have now ruled out the venting issue. However, it sure seems to be fuel related as you noticed an increase for a minute or 2 which to me seems to rule out a software thermal heat protection mode.

It works great on the rear handle version, the power improvement is significant. It is louder than stock but I always wear hearing protection.

Sounds like one of your safety interlock switches has malfunctioned. Possibly your parking brake switch, even though you are applying the brake the switch is not sending the signal to the relay or the relay has failed. Do you have an wiring schematic for your tractor and a Volt Ohm Meter...

If you have tested them then they are good. This is strange. Where you placed your jumper are you able to remove it and measure continuity between the terminals?

Even though you have jumpered out the switch it's wiring might not be sending (cut/open) that signal to it's relay or it's relay is defective. A number of the relays are the same so you can swap them around to see it the problem moves with the defective one.
