TC29 Starting Problem

With your engine turning over I would think with it being warm out even without glow plugs it would eventually start, almost seems like your not getting power to the fuel solenoid.

Do you hear a click when you turn the key or can you put your hand on the solenoid and feel it energize?

Have you checked your fuses especially #1?

I looked at my service manual, even though it's older, there is no fuse between ignition switch and glow plug system, if that helps...
And being older, the relay was crusted up with mud, and rusty contacts. Cleaned those, but no luck. Just pointing out some possibilities. Relays are in the right spot for getting wet/dirty when power washing.

It ended up being the relay. I replaced the glow plug relay with no success then checked the PTO relay and that was the bad one. It is now running Thank you for your help. Now my tach and fuel gage stopped working......Argh. Thanks for the help!

Thanks for the reply... It was the relay....it is now up and running.

lol...mine stops working alot. A slap aside the head (instrument cluster) makes it work again.
