Yeah they stick out just a bit but I like them.

I noticed that when looking at your wider tires and wheels and can see that happening. I get no spray, dirt, or mud with doors off with stock tires so that's why the doors have stayed off. But the P520 (stock) tires sprayed everything from the road on my leg so those doors went right back on.

I don't think you disagree with what I said at all, you just (rightly so) feel a heavy fabricated deck is stronger than a thin stamped one. However I would certainly find a smooth, rounded, one piece, 7 gauge steel deck preferable to a 7 gauge deck made from pieces welded together.

Stamping a deck out of heavy gauge steel requires a very large, heavy duty press, which most small mower manufacturers don't invest in so they simply weld them up. A welded together deck certainly doesn't mean it's better.

I would not expect that at all, the idea behind expanding their operation is to gain efficiency in sales, service, parts, inventory management, etc. Most of the cost is deductible.

Pretty fair price, I think that's the version I have; PS, cast wheels, and a roof (which I took off and don't use). In fact I removed the doors as well which make it even easier to get on and off and just more fun. BTW a Mule MX will run 44-45 mph. That one wouldn't last be on a dealer lot...

Of total flow, about 4 gpm is used for PS on tractors this size, the rest for everything else. The chart IndyJay posted shows Kioti's total gpm including PS, while only Kubota's w/o PS.

Thank you Mert. As an update I did change all fluids, converted the 3520 loader over to SSQA, and sold the JDQA 4 in 1 bucket and pallet forks. I decided to leave the Rim-guard in and SSQA pallet forks and 72" bucket are on order from EA.

I'm pretty sure the 4000 series are mostly made in the US while the 5000 series are imported from India.

They're still building around here (mostly commercial) but residential sure slowed down, thankfully. With building materials and labor both so high the cost was approaching $300 per foot. After paying $200,000 for a lot you could end up spending $800,000 for a 2,000' house! :eek:
