Doing a swtich back road today checking it out for a job they offered me. This is a private drive. I thought the UP was flat!

U. P. is flat, other than a few rolling hills. I like it though and have traveled through many times heading NW. Geesh still snow there?

Great pictures ArlyA, brings me memories of the time I spent up in the UP with the USCG. Love that view of the lake!

ArlyA, I don't remember the road numbers much anymore, but I came from Duluth Mn., into Wisconsin, then into the upper peninsula of Michigan on my route to Sue Saint Marie. If I remember right (it's many decades ago) it was a 2 - 3 hour drive. A very scenic drive however unless it was during the "very often" snowstorms! Good memories of my younger days though!
