Good place to charge the air system should you ever have to get it towed (hope I didn't jinx it :-) ). Also good for charging air if you don't want to run it in a garage to build air. Put a cap of some type over it, if not it'll be full of mud when you go to use it.

Make sure to unplug the trailer plug first. On my Ram 1500, it'll blow the fuse for the service brakes, least ways it did on mine. Not a big fix if you know about it but a real pia if you don't. Factory brake harness and controller.

Aluminum looks good but it'll start cracking after a while from constant flexing, hard to repair as well. You got a good deal on that box especially with the hangers. Don't forget a couple drain holes if there isn't any.

I've had good luck using an industrial rust remover, like a CLR on steroids, haven't got any now as I used it for removing rust stains on my shower or I'd post the name. If the aluminum is pitted bad, you'll probably end up using actual polishing bonnetts and compound.

Mine, an Iseki 3160, is smaller than yours. I've only had it up high once and that was to fab and install the plow mounts on it. I ran the back up on my ramps and jacked up the front and used a couple of jack stands under it, worked great.

I had a propane catalytic heater in a small shed years ago. The amount of moisture it would put in the air covered all my tools with condensation...gave that to the SIN too LOL.

My well water is very hard, almost have to break up the water to drink it LOL. That's another reason I blow it out and fill it with RVAF, figure it'll stop the minerals from building up when the water evaporates in the internals of the pump.

I remember decades ago while in construction using A325 fasteners, that was what the minimum the engineer wanted. I use Loctite on most fasteners, stops loosening and stops corrosion as well.
