I need a level indicator for my bucket attached pallet forks. I need to know if the forks are level in any position the forks are relative to the ground.

Unless you have self leveling option on FEL it probably not going to happen.... Usually rudimentary bucket level indicators only work when bucket/forks are on ground level....

A quick search will probably show up about 20 different bucket/fork level indicators from simple to real complex...

A remote tilt sensor (inclinimete) with a remote display would work. Some are self contained and can connect to your phone via bluetooth and use that as the display. Another one of those things the price is as high as you want. I would expect something tiny like for a drone would do the job and be reasonable. Or you can get them with dedicated displays and wired to vehicle power.
Ebay, Amazon, AliExpress will have them.

My LS came from the factory equipped with a bucket level indicator rod somewhat similar to the one in Jeepheads video, I definitely appreciate having it !
One of my Kubota friends operated my tractor for a couple hours and said he was going to make one for his Kubota that came without one.

I unplugged my seat switch, so I can stand up and see the fork tips as I load something. I can also stand next to the right side of the tractor and move the tractor and/or loader as needed.

Take a 2" long piece of angle iron (2" X 2") and put the forks level on the ground. Now, find a place you can see the mount from your seat. Weld that iron on the mount so that one side is flat and level. Then just look at that any time you need to see what the forks are doing. (I'm sorry, but I don't think I'm describing it well here.) here is a photo of a factory one...
