Check the purchase contract, it should have a short warranty.

Call the dealer, he should fix it.

He said if its not something major it would be on me.
So I am trying to do everything I can before calling Bobcat to come out.
It there a source of wiring diagram?

Also fuses are not labeled.
The fuses I am checking are below front of driver seat.
Fuse box you need is located by right knee when sitting in the seat.

Nothing on the wall by the right knee.
Box I see is between my legs.

Does the box stick out or is it behind a panel?

Removed the selector arm.
seems like common in Pin 1
Pin1 to Pin 2 looks like rabbit button - momentary contact,
Pin 1 to 5 active in park
1 to 6 in forward
1 to 4 in reverse.

Looks like actuator/lever switch is working ok

Just an FYI if one of my fellow Toolcat aficionados or Bobcatters in general pull a boner like me and crush their 7-pin connector between the SSQC and your attachment there is an alternative to the $300+ cable replacement.. Not associated with this company but I did order the connector on Monday for $98 and was in my mailbox yesterday.. 1 man band.. for people running non skid steer attachments also make harness kits and what not..

Wow, that was timely. Thanks to you and Xfaxman! One of the pins inside my blower connector is looking pretty weak and I was going to take an AED with me to the Bobcat dealer to get a quote on a replacement cable.

Does anyone know if the curl cylinder circuit and the dump bed cylinder circuit on the 5600 are designed to purposely bleed off for some reason?

Dewdpo, I do not know

They are not designed to intentionally bleed down but there is not load holding valve in either circuit so rate of bleed down depends on rate of by-pass in the valve spool (spool OD to vavlve housing ID), then could have added bleed down if cylinder seal is leaking allowing oil to exit both ends of the cylinder.

Than I'm jealous. Mine's a 2009 Series D purchased in late 2008 and it does.

the 2005 toolcat A series, couple issues, the locking axle requires both front steer and rear to be illuminated to engage, you can steer in 2 wheel and it will stay engaged but if i let the switch off and the front steer is not centered it will not engage until i realign, this how it should be?

now to my next question, when the indicator says both steer axles are aligned it turns to the left slightly, is this a adjustment of a sensor and easily accessed?

Has anyone removed the black plastic hood/visor at the top/front of the cab that houses the 4 off-road/work lights? I am installing a magnetic rotating beacon and side work lights and want to run the wiring into that covering and down the A pillar to the dash. Has anyone done this? Any tips or pitfalls?

Thanks, DEWFPO

I have mine off along with the entire cab, Mine already had the beacon installed but once you remove the roof liner and the plastic hood/visor it will be very easy to run the wires along roof above door on right side, and down the back wall there is a place to hide the wire to get it down to behind your seat. If you want I can get you some pics mine is all torn apart currently with cab off unit, and everything out of cab.
