Good luck with that, I ordered mine March 22nd, kept getting told another couple of weeks. Said screw it and bought the Land Pride for over twice the price.

I want to welcome you as the newest member of the "Flail Mower Nations" from the State of Arizona.
We are a happy bunch of implement owners and your Land Pride(Maschio vineyard and orchard flail shredder)
will not disappoint you. The Maschios folks have been building farm, vineyard and orchard equipment for many years.
I would advise you to invest in a slow speed wet grinder $99.00 plus tax and shipping from Micromark to keep the cutting edges sharp on the flail hammers.
As a resident member of the Flail Mower Nations you are not required to have a Passport or Visa to exit or enter the Flail Mower Nations newly expanded beer garden which underwent a very large renovation during the winter months under heated tents to let the work proceed until it was finished and the concrete and mortar was cured so it could be opened for the tourist crowd and the member residents. We added a Coy pond and a large stone garden waterfall in the corner of the beer garden this past winter and repaired a lot of broken flagstone.
I am very disappointed to hear that Landpride is no longer going to be importing the Maschio flailmowers and rebadging them under their brand name.

Thanks, hopefully this flail will provide me many years of good service, the duckfoot teeth are not cheap to replace, I will check out the slow speed wet grinder.

azkubotaguy, Just a quick hello and note to let you know I love my landpride flail. I believe you got the same model since you mention duckfoot hammers. the FM-4188 is what I have. I really love what I can do with this thing. It is a beast!

I agree, the 30 acres I have done so far would have ruined my previous brush hog blade, hit lots of rocks that I could not see, blades do need touched up a bit, but not bad at all.

Repeating to emphasize that I was looking for Woddmaxx flail mower owner's feedback. I'm glad that people are happy with other flails, and if I was interested in one of those I'd be tagging up with a thread focusing on them.

Like I said I had one ordered, kept getting the shipment is delayed again, really wanted to give it a try, seemed like a decent flail from watching the videos.

REALLY? Then WHY do people ask for others' input for all sorts of other things? AND, there HAS been some feedback here from OWNERS, but has been early feedback.
azkubotaguy, yes, I saw that you had mentioned that you did not wish to wait any longer, I completely understand that: I'm patiently waiting, several months, for a tool box. IF Woodmaxx did not communicate the back-order queue well then THAT is certainly not good; BUT, again, I am looking for feedback from people who HAVE one.
