Has anyone built their own wooden chainsaw case/box? I'm trying to plan out a box that will carry two saws, bar oil, gas, scrench, chains, etc. to carry in the woods on my Kubota.
Would love to see some pics.
Thanks!

I made wood scabbards for my chainsaw, to ride secure on ATV and tractor.

For a box, I'd lay out the two saws, in a space no bigger than what will fit in the Kubota space. Go from there with blocks or pads to keep things from rattling around. Then hope there is enough room :)

The scabbard works well, IMO. Saw is easy to slide out, and put away. Readily available, and maybe most important...it is visible so I know it isn't setting behind a tree somewhere, or under a wheel.
