In order to store a tractor during the winter in an unheated pole building, what are the things I should know?

I'd get the tires off the dirt if you are storing it - plastic, wood, etc to keep them from drying out over time. You want ventilation - stops the buildup of moisture from condensation which leads to rust. Be liberal with oil. Don't cover it. Some tractors want you to block the clutch. I always using mine- so I really don't know more than that. In the manual if you have it.

if it's a gear / clutch tractor...you should use a block of wood etc. to hold the clutch peddle in the depressed position...to prevent it from sticking to the plate...My tractor came with said block of wood from K_ubota for this purpose...

How about liquid cooled tractors. Should I drain fluids when I know weather will be really cold (-25 F)?
