Four clutch tractors, Ford 2N, 600, JD 870 & Kioti ck35. Kioti has a lever to lock clutch from engaging. Only use the Kioti over winter for snow plowing. In past have locked out clutches over winter, but have noticed clutches don't engage as they did previously. What's the correct procedure, or what have you found doing this. Thanks.

Winter bring moisture more than humidity in the summer when snow or ice is on the ground. This in turn will find it's way into the bell housing of a tractor outside or in a shed or a lean-to.
With that bit of info stated, having the clutch engaged the parts will BOND due to no or limited use.
Some people put a brick to hold the clutch pedal down, others use a clamp, etc.
