Used Blower?

Well its got a new home...I gave the $700 to steal it from the guy who contacted the seller before me, he could't come up with the cash till later this week and cash is king. Story is it was used a year or 2 and sat in a shed the last 10 years and it looks it. Had a gravel parking lot and it shot too much gravel around for their liking. Still some original paint in the blower housing everything moves good and free, line's up with the I-match perfectly, good cutting edge, handle was long enough. I have to say this may be my best craigslist score yet! :thumbsup: View attachment 375095

That will throw the snow quite well, you can see the fan blade's are very close to the tub,
a good sign. Let us know this winter how she bites....lol

Hi guys,
Can I get some advice on a purchase of a used 47" front mount snowblower for my 855 john deere?
Over all good condition, "but" apon closer inspection noticed round metal surrounding the impeller is bent out and stretched the size of half a softball. Have access to heavy metal sheeting to cut out and weld in, or is this purchase toast?
