Thought I had the ear ringing thing for sure. Was working in a long building setting trusses. Morning everything was fine ,in the afternoon i rotated the upper part of the crane to do rest of building. Worked with the exhaust ringing my ears all afternoon. About a week later I had a spider bite on my left forearm that got huge. The two together had me going to a after hours joint as soon as I got off of work. Lanced my arm and took some cleaner to my ears..... Magic. Ring stopped right now and the arm cleared up in a week. Do not suffer see a DR> it might be simple fix.

I'd agree with seeing a doctor; might be a simple fix, might not. I believe it was 1982 when I first saw an ENT doctor, and first learned from him what tinnitus is. He also told me I didn't need hearing aids at that time, but he also said, "but you will in the future". I got my first ones in 1992, currently have my 4th pair and wear them all day every day.
