The WICKED Root & Debris GRAPPLE!!!!!!!

I ordered from Travis last week also. Sometimes I second guess my purchase and other times I think I picked the right one. I went with a 72" long tooth model. I think I will like it.
Don’t even begin to second guess yourself. There are no bad grapples. Congratulations! Pictures when You can please.

Short rake, tighter grip. Vs long tooth, more in the grip. Tough decision.

I ordered long tooth. I have no use for it except when a storm rolls in I may be able to find more work doing storm cleanups. I thought the long tooth may be better for that. Time will tell. Travis certainly is knowledgeable. It is nice to talk to a manufacturer and not a rep. I went double lid 72

Excellent summary of grapple options Travis! As to width, should a grapple cover the tractor's width, out-to-out at the tires? Let's assume it is being used to clear brush in a forested area.

Hey, which grapple, rake or long bottom? Im trying to decide.

BEF, I got the 60" single lid root grapple long bottom...great for carrying logs as well as picking up cedars and limbs after I clear along the road or bottomland. Dug out a couple big rocks easily. I bought their 3rd function, too, and like it better than the WR Long ones I've seen pictured. But just my personal choice. Photos from last spring.

Are you going to put it on your L5030 or the L3940?

wngsprd, you've posted some of my favorite Wicked Grapple pics.

Ironically, Kubota used one of them for a Happy Spring Instagram post just Yesterday.
I was just a little bit excited. :cool2:

I ordered from Travis today. 4 weeks , kicking myself for not ordering a few weeks ago. I went with the new Wicked 60 Rake as I'll need to pull on some bushes and vines and hanging limbs. It was a tough decision between it and the dual lid as it looks awesome too. I may wind up with it in a few years who knows. I'll be picking up an 84" rear 6 way blade while I'm picking up the grapple as I'm luckily only an hour away.
