I just ordered my 72" dual lid from EA today. Looking forward to some serious tree removal around my field edges. I've also got a lot of downed trees and brush to clear in the timber. My timber is impassable in many areas as there hasn't been any livestock ran in about 40 years. Trying to improve the hunting and overall appearance. Travis at EA was a big help.

I'm glad we got everything lined up today. :cool2: Now, for the hardest part!! :jaded:

 I'm not scared of much, but this one frightens me a little (my wife could be watching).

Travis please let me in on the joke... Who is Stormy Daniels? What is her connection with YOU/Everything Attachments and the Wicked Grapple Bucket? I don't get it...

You would have to ask Donald Trump or a least his lawyer :D

Well if you would just bring me one Monday morning that would solve the wait problem. I'll give you a pork chop necklace and we'll go down the road and you can play with the Lion.

I'd feel much safer after you have some seat time with the Wicked Grapple! The Lion will be on our turf then!!

I've been busy at work and haven't had a chance to post here in a bit. I found a new way (to me anyways) to use my Wicked Twin. Instead of getting off and changing bucket/grapple/bucket/grapple ect doing a back fill the other day I just grabbed the bucket in the grapple and gave it a try. (insert epiphany here) It was a cold, blowing day so I didn't mind staying in the cab as much as possible.

View attachment 538866

Turns out I can scoop/haul/blade loose material really well by just grabbing the bucket in the grapple and using it almost like it was attached normally. I say almost because the bucket does move around some in the grapple. There is also an advantage in back dragging with this set up. The tines in the floor of the grapple hold quite a bit of loose dirt similar to a mini land leveler. If there is a little loose dirt it does a faster/cleaner final grade. WIN-WIN!!!

View attachment 538867

In this instance I was having to back fill and level a bit then drop the bucket to pickup roots/limbs that were coming to the surface and getting in the way of a good final grade. Just grabbing the bucket made the job go faster and easier on me. Smarter not harder!

All these uses for the Wicked Twin makes me wonder what else it can do!

Cataclysm, clever idea in a pinch! But the teeth on my Wicked grapple are pretty sharp. I'd have to spend a lot longer than usual to buff the scratches out of my bucket's paint at the end of the work day.

I would never, the grapple would do damage to the bucket.

That’s probably not the best plan for moving dirt, but I do that to load it on the trailer.

Many Thanks to Travis and everyone at EA. Ordered my 72" dual lid on 2/15. Shipping confirmation on 2/19. Delivered to the local repair shop "they had a forklift" on 2/19. 7 days start to finish, sounds like good service to me.

I LOVE this newly submitted review. :applause:

"I bought the 60" single lid grapple, and couldn't be happier. VERY WELL BUILT!! I put it on my Kubota L4400 and it's the prefect size.

I first bought a Titan 72'' double lid grapple from pallet forks com. Don't buy one!! It claimed to weigh 700 lbs., but the freight ticket had it at 920 lbs. Made in China, way to heavy, and the skid steer mount was dangerously loose. Used it a couple of hours, and got rid of it.

At first the EA grapple @ 382 lbs. looked really small on the front of my tractor, but after using it, I soon realized it's Prefect!! I like the single lid better than the double lid also. At 382 lbs. I've maximized my lifting capabilities. Also when your grappling roots out of the ground 60'' gives you more power than a 72'' grapple. The guy at EA I bought it from was very helpful. He made sure I got the right quick connect for my tractor. When I received my grapple the hoses were to short, called and he sent me two longer hoses out free of charge no questioned ask."

It has been a while since any posts/pics... I needed better access to one of my pole-barn bays and had always anticipated removing an additional live-oak that was partially hampering that access and I HAVE TWO NEW IMPLEMENTS ON ORDER FROM EA (75 HP Extreme-Duty Rotary Cutter and 62" Roto-Tiller gear-drive)... I have been so impressed with the EA workmanship/cutting-welding/business acumen/communication/shipping-handling/etc. that I decided to get these next two implements from them as well... I am especially looking forward to the 75 HP rotary-cutter because it is FULLY WELDED (not 'stitch-welded') and they have agreed to install chain guards front/rear... I went with the extreme-duty/beefed-up HP version of the 60" (overall dimensions a consideration for this application) so that I could take some specialty/local jobs requiring finesse/maneuverability... And the tiller is an all gear-drive forward-rotating heavy-duty model with an excellent recommendation from EA... I will keep you posted on these new implements... NOTE: Since I got the EA dual-lid 66" grapple I have been stacking brush differently... I was brought-up cutting/stacking brush all the same direction with the butt-ends all oriented at one end/direction... But with the EA dual-lid grapple bucket I can better handle MUCH more brush if I alternate with the butt-ends in the middle/tops out-board... This makes for a very wide load and side-clearance could be an issue (especially on a hill/incline/close to a shoulder/ditch)... It takes a little planning...IMG_6797.JPG IMG_6798.JPG IMG_6799.JPG IMG_6800.JPG

Hi did they charge you extra for the chain guards?

Hi did they charge you extra for the chain guards?

YES, of course, that is to be expected... But at least they agreed to do it... And the EA extreme-duty rotary-cutter is supposed to be fashioned such that replacing both front/rear chain guards (if/when necessary) is fairly easy/straight-forward using after-market (Land-Pride) parts... I could have gone with the 6' rotary cutter but I needed to stay within 6' FOR OVERALL DIMENSIONS so I went with the 60"... I figure that the smaller/heavier/higher HP/chain guards/etc. will be a long-lasting highly-maneuverable mean-machine behind my KUBOTA L4701DT... The EA rotary-cutter has had excellent reviews except for the front/rear guards and perhaps mine will be the first in a 'new' (better) genre... I am impressed with the EA rotary-cutter because of the full welds, clevis instead of pins, welded 3-point frame instead of bolted, shipping/handling, the overall quality/price, free paint option and the ease of 'doing business'... You can be sure to see/hear more about these next two new implements as I have done with the EA dual-lid 66" grapple... I intend to work these new implements rigorously... My only problem/concern is there is no dedicated 'thread' for EA implements (other than their grapple), at least not yet... Stay tuned...

Live Dog, start a thread on your EA cutter. Then..... there will be one.

Live Dog, start a thread on your EA cutter. Then..... there will be one.

I suppose I could/someone should... I am not sure how well it would be received/used... Seems that EA is building/marketing a LOT of implements and perhaps a general 'EverythingAttachments' thread would be more appropriate/useful... EA is a BIG player in this niche market and they seem to be doing a great job... Got to give credit where it is due... Not perfect but certainly in the excellent category... If they or anyone else wanted to start such a thread I certainly would support it... BUT, you/they got to take the bad with the good... I whole-heartedly/soulfully support genuine information/communication/truth/excellence/grace/contrite apologies/forgiveness/redemption/hard work/George Washington 'independence'...

OK OK OK... If no one else has started such a EA IMPLIMENTS thread and if EA is agreeable/supportive I prolly will... Please don't shoot the messenger... But FIRST/FOREMOST I want to receive these next two EA implements and have a chance to test/use/constructively-fairly review them and allow the OEM complete/equal input/access...

You don’t need EA approval to start a new thread? EA is an excellent equipment provider and will openly take their lumps if there is an EA problem, as well as fixing the issue.

Other manufacturers ..... not so much.

So, we anxiously await your new thread and hope you’ll give us a link from this thread.
