some rust problems

I having been running into some problems with rust on some of my equipment and I found a few things online that said they take it off. I signed up here to get some feed back if anyone knows if they work before I buy it the cheapest one enviro-safe rust remover at RuSt911.com | Inexpensive Rust Removal that is Safe and Easy for industry, home or garage use sounds good to me but i saw a lot that looked alike? What does everyone else use for rust removal?

I've found that rust forms where the paint is worn off from use. If I use it more the rust wears off.
Places where the paint has been damaged I just hit with a matching spray bomb.

First know there is a difference between rust removers which, as the name implies, removes the rust, and rust converters that chemically alter the iron oxide molecule leaving a coating that can be pained over. I prefer the rust converters that you can find at tractor supply and home depot. The true rust converters turn the rust to a black color. The really good rust converters you can find at places that sell marine products.
