Tractor Sizing Question on sizing needed

Looking at either BX2300 or 7510 or 7610 CDT. I don't want to over buy or under buy. I will be mowing 3 ackers of land when it comes down to it, I will also be working around a new home and redoing my landscaping of my current home. I will also have 200 feet of driveway to keep up as well. Money is a issue!

Your advice would be helpful!

A few questions:
Do you have any hills?
Will you maintain any pasture/field grass?
Will the driveway be paved or rock/gravel?
How big of a mower will you need?
What implements will you need to use around the house?
Will you ever want a backhoe?
Do you want HST? MFWD?

All of these questions will help on the sizing. A Kubota expert can help size the tractor.
I know money is an issue so are you considering used equipment?
I love the Kubota L3X30s and the JD 3X20s. Have you looked into them.

Tractorbynet also sells a book that can help out sizing as well.

I have 3 acres I am developing and will be mowing most of it when I am done. I feel it is the right size for me. I have some picture links next to my signiature to show some of what I hav edone. As mentioned, the terrain that you are living on may determine the type of tractor for your needs.

No hills to speak of,
Gravel driveway,
60" Mid mount mower (will be mowing up 6 ackers for a short time)
No backhoe
FEL is a must and a 42" post hole digger, back blade to start.
HST (for my wife) and MFWD.
We would like new!
