Just joined thread seeking information on planning my 40' x 50' x 15' metal building and foundation related work. Landscape is rural area with 3' slope and has been graded and leveled with select fill for a foundation. Will need some piers on some sections because of slope even though I plan on deep beams integrated into monolithic 5" thick slab with #4 rebar on 12" center both ways and #5 rebar in cross and perimeter beams. The Mueller Building appears to be my best bet since they are local here in the Victoria, TX area and engineer a well built metal building. Anyone desiring to comment welcome.

Take a look at the Barnmaster Buildings also. All our out buildings are Barnmaster built by Tri-County Barns in Cypress, they used to be in Tomball. They are great to deal with.
