Thanks for posting the link to "Woks of Life". Santa brought me a new Lodge cast iron wok to use on our gas cooktop.

Their recipes are the best I've found, yet.

So far i've only attempted the "take out" section and they have a huge glossary and many suggested kitchen tools.

Stir fry wrecks the stove but it is worth it.
