It is the most brilliant I've ever seen. We definitely need to see a video of the masterpiece in use. And :welcome:

I hope you get lots of stuff posted here. This is where all kinds of ideas come from.
This is my LPGS built in the spring of 2010.

Wow that's really nice. My dad paid very good money for a grader

Very good work and very inventive. I trust that by you're saying "im not an engineer" you just mean that you don't have a school degree. Remember - not all engineers have a piece of paper declaring them engineers and not all of the engineers that have that piece of paper can actually engineer anything.

This is very true.

Here are a couple of things I either built from scratch or converted it into something I needed .

land plane 1.JPG land plane 2.JPG

Land plane / road grader I built a couple of years ago . Added some additional bracing , modified the blade adjustment since these pictures were taken , but still no paint .

leaf bucket 1.JPG leaf bucket 2.JPG

Leaf bucket I built a few years ago when the wooden one I had fell apart while dumping on the burn pile , thus it all burned !! :)

ripper 1.JPG ripper 2.JPG

A 8 shank ripper that I made from a old single gang disk frame . What started out life as a 2 gang pull disk was converted to a single gang 3 point disk , then everything that was from the axle mounts on ward was cut off , braced , and the 4" x 4" x .25" tubing with shanks was added . Can pull it side hill or downhill with my TC30 , but uphill get's a little iffy when I try to go to maximum depth .

Welcome to the TBN!

..and I love yourscreen name! I've been accused of being unstable more than once...

?..and no offense, but whatever you say, you sure engineered the cr*p out of that attachment and the fence you made with it.

Awesome job, but nothing I think I'd ever be able to replicate, much less use.

Again, nice work, and welcome!

Thomas

Hear is the forks I put together last month. I was fortunate to have found the actual forks in my local salvage yard. The rest is 3/8"x 4" flat stock. It makes handling logs easy.
