When I was still living at home we used an H with a "loader" (manure scoop) to load round bales on truck. On one bale, the loader "swung" to the right a few inches and was just enough of a shift to make the tractor roll onto it's side. This was in a flat hayfield. We just used the truck (a 1/2 ton at that) with a bale in the back and a cable. Hooked it high on the wheel and gave a slow steady pull. Everything righted up. If you place your chain/cable up high somewhere it will come over with less force required than you might think. Might even be able to use a come-a-long with a chain or cable?
An H w/loader is probably similar in weight to your tractor.
