Mowed most of the lawn...what I didn't mow wasn't high enough to require mowing.
After that, went to the field and mowed. Got about half done and the low fuel light came on. I know the fuel sender isn't accurate and needs replacing, but the Curtis cab would have to be removed to access the fuel tank sender (I'd asked the dealer about this a couple years back). Removing the cab would be a real job that I'm not equipped for and I'm not going to pay a deal several hundred bucks to replace a twenty dollar sender. My work-around is just keeping the tank filled. Anyway, it was getting hot in the cab...I'll finish up next weekend.
No joy with the generator. It'll start right up, then dies in a minute or two. Since it started right up, I'm not so sure it's the fuel gone bad. There's the plug, but I haven't ran this genny except for maintenance tests.. Reckon I need to do some research...
