Death before disco!
Here's a reference that talks about infill:
Selecting the optimal shell and infill parameters for FDM 3D Printing | 3D Hubs
And here's another link from the same site that talks about the impact of layer thickness on accuracy with respect to holes and bridging and such:
How to design parts for FDM 3D Printing | 3D Hubs
Might be a good place to start, especially for someone like me that's heard a lot about 3D printing, but never have had any formal introduction...
I have, for at least two years, had a cottontail rabbit living under our back deck. She produced one litter and I saw them in the yard when they were less than half size, but then they all disappeared. However, Miss Bunny has sat there by the deck every morning for a long time, and I usually walk out there and talk to her. She would just sit there and look at me as long as I stayed 5 or 6 feet from her. If I got closer, she'd slowly get up and go under the deck. However, I guess she's gone to bunny heaven. My next door neighbor has had a pile of shrub and bush clippings in what used to be a big concrete fire pit for roasting hot dogs and such by the prior owner. It had gotten to be a pretty big pile and his son recently moved in with him and did some more pruning, checked with the city, then burned all that brush; an all day and most of the night job. My neighbor told me his son then found the remains of what he thought was a rabbit. Apparently Miss Bunny had a second home in that brush pile.![]()
