daugen, it looks like your shed has gone to pot(s).

It does have Electronic Stability Control, whatever that is. I leave it engaged all the time and it lights up on the dash when it is working.
It is the 'crew' with the Canadian Value Package. I can run either 17s or 19s on it.

there wasn't a flower pot my late wife didn't like, every yard sale trip brought one home.
And yes, I have the market cornered at the moment. Just trying very hard to keep this stuff out
of the landfill. So many of these plastic planting pots are not recyclable, a real shame. They ought to require that...

I think for most folks an awd van would provide way more utility than an SUV and get better gas mileage.
Some folks like "sitting up" and that usually means a truck or SUV. But if you get foot deep snows and have to go out in it,
like an EMS person does, you need a lot of clearance and good tires. And a gentle foot...

Heavy snows brought down trees and that brought down wires and that called out the fire company for many years for me.
At the minimum I had positraction and snow tires. Often 4wd. Otherwise in really bad weather you should stay home.
Like I do here because it's craziness on our local roads if there is even a whisper of snow.
Folks here hunker down for a full inch of snow....:D
And the local ditches are filled with cars skidding into them, as they ignore the laws of physics.
I just stay home now. Unfortunately the road in front of my property is shaded in the afternoon and thus is often icy.
My next door neighbor has bagged two cars in his ditch already.
had to think about that, the count is two for me also. 2 to 2, let's see who wins...

I had a '99 Dodge Caravan that lasted me 260K miles before I traded it for a new Chevy Equinox (which I disliked after driving it awhile). It wasn't AWD, just FWD. As utility vehicles go for musicians, though, you simply cannot beat a minivan.

I was at the Chrysler plant when Lee drove first mini van off end of assembly line in Windsor Ontario. He gave one he11 of a speech. That guy could convince me to buy anything.

yes, now the huge counter in there is visible, I washed it off, pretty nasty, needs a new formica job but that will wait. For now it's my counter
to plant tiny little seeds in trays of 200 each in about a month. Starting with collards and cabbage, then lettuce.
Water was running into the little sink, which just drains out on the lawn through the wall...somewhat primitive but it's just water and dirt...
No electric, have to work on that. Need to run line over to greenhouse to plug in a couple of thermostatically controlled heaters set on low.
AC supply is marginal, need to watch my amps.

Also have to call propane company to come out and test run the in the wall heater in the garden shed.
Good way to light that place on fire if that thing was rusted in the wrong place. I'll let them do it, hasn't been used in more than a decade likely and is a bit nasty looking.

No luck so far with the van. Which probably means its the "tandem pump" -- watch out, the VW Touareg, which I think is sold in the US, some of them had the same engine as mine. I wish VW had put somewhere a big Warnung! that letting the van run out of diesel is not only a pain in the a**, but also likely to a pain in the wallet. The van has 100K miles on it (young for a diesel). One more thing to check early tomorrow morning that will verify the pump is a problem, and order one and hope it can arrive by Wednesday (small country, sometimes the deliveries can be Amazon Prime like). Would like to get it back in to working by the weekend.

The older two kids a couple of days ago figured out it was fun to jump off their bunkbed onto the other bed below. I told them to stop. They did it again today, which added to my problems. A wise man at Highland Hardware in Atlanta once said "you can never have too many clamps". I would add that fast curing polyurethane wood glue is another must-have on hand at all times (and in fact it can stick many other materials).
