I don't know what you have for a pickup but,
if it's a 1500 with one of the higher level trims it may not be your tires so much as your transfer case.

I do see that you are talking about 17 inch tires I have Nokian LT series studded tires on my pickup, they do a good job.

thats FWD with snow tires, and not limited slip likely, so it's all up to one tire.
Once upon a time I had an early Dodge Caravan with AWD, wonder why they stopped making that.
that vehicle was marvelous, van space and couldn't get stuck. And yes, I put snow tires on it.

Can't help there then, I will add that my wifes Chevy Equinox AWD is running Nokian Hakkapeliitta 8 SUV studded snows
and she does quite well with those tires.
