It's a stick frame building? Hire a house mover to pick it up and crib it. Do all your work you want to, then have him reset it. Shouldn't cost too much. I just moved my house, that had an interior chimney. It was much less expensive than what I thought it would be. If he can't move it further back, he could put it 9' in the air and you could run a skidsteer and a mini excavator underneath. Heck, once my rops were folded down, I could run my tractor under my house. It was cribbed up about 9'4" in the air.
