Ford 2600 water leak

Hey guys,

Wondering if any of you have seen a steady flow of water leaking below the water pump on a ford 2600 before.

Trying to determine if its a bad leak coming out or a weep hole, or a cracked block

Tractor did not over heat or anything and the fan is not wobbly.

Ill be taking the hood off to get a better look later today, just wanting to know if this is the normal sign for a failed water pump

Many water pumps have a weep hole outside of the seal in the bearing end of the water pump to let you know it's time to replace the pump before the bearing goes clear out.

My money is on a failed water pump. They do have a weep hole.

Does anyone know where i can download a service manual that has the cooling system, i know how to get it out and such but am looking for torque specs and such. I bout one that claimed to be a service manual, but it ended up being a addon piece to go into the service manual.

Id like to make sure i get the right thing.

Use standard hardware torque specs. All the hardware you will be removing and installing will be Grade 5.

Thanks for the help, got it replaced and running without issue. I cleaned off about 25 years worth of dirt, and oil while i was at it.

Next phase will be fixing all the hydraulic leaks abd changing the fliuds out.
