ck 25/30 hyd. filter breakage?

Just an inquiry if anyone else is breaking off their hyd. filter housings?

I have a customer that has popped several off.
The filter does "hang" low under the unit and is vunerable. The part is cheap and the replacement quick.

We may need to come up with a bracket that could reach over and clamp to the base of the filter for support.

Well mine is still on, but it's a surprise with as much woods and mud work I've been doing. Especially the way my dealer put the tractor togther, I'm surprised anything works right. Oh, that's you. I bent mine and cracked the housing the first week I had mine. Iwas pushing back a large brush pile and hit a large partially buried concrete pad. I was surprised the price for the housing wasn't that high, the labor was a killer but the pad did some other damage as well. It would be nice if the filter was in a more protected place.
