Wow Greg, and I thought my place had rocks! Naw, I ain't got nary rock problem!

I like the way ye have it high and dry. That's just the way I built my 24'x32' building way back. Only mistake I made was making it 24'x32'!! Now I need another bigger barn for all me junque! A man can never have enough roofs covering his place.

Today's progress. Planning on leveling the gravel Monday, taking care of the pest pre-treatment Monday afternoon, and if the weather holds, pouring the slab on Tuesday.

Slab was poured yesterday. Should start framing tomorrow. Have a load of fill dirt being delivered to do a little backfilling. Things are coming together.

Looks good! Once that first wall goes up it will really start to go fast.

The hardest part is over! Good job! Nice foundation.

A nice flat slab is a beautiful thing indeed!!!!!

Adding anchor bolts is a nice touch too. I've gone to drilling them every four feet after the walls are standing, but having them in the concrete is always going to be stronger.

Does the floor slope to where the garage door will be? I can't tell from the pictures.

I built it flat. It's more of a workshop than an actual barn. Not any real need to slope the floor for washout.

I moved a dump truck load of fill dirt today to bring up the level to the doors. A good day.

Looks good. Double garage doors in the front?

I like that...but be careful, it would be real easy for the wife to put a hangman's noose on that pulley system:D

Were gonna put them along the back wall. I've got to take a couple of measurements tomorrow and mark them off. Don't worry, I'll keep folks posted.
