LS XG3135
Hiya! I've got a grant from RestoreLA coming and I've done my shopping/research, and I figure the LS XG3135 w/ FEL and backhoe is probably my best bet. I'm going to add a bolt on grapple as well and see if I can pick up some forks. Already have a box and 4 & 5 ft rotary cutters, plus a cpl other items.

But I'm curious what the best accessories are to add. I think I'm going to go w/ the Pat's Quick Connect system b/c my implements are hodge podge, and thinking maybe adding a Tractor Caddy (or having a friend weld one up).

Hooks on the buckets, of course, and I've been looking at the tool box mods. :)

Chains . . . anything else?

Auxiliary hydraulics are far and away the most time and labor saving add on component for any size utility tractor...the more the better...!

Hooks on the FEL bucket, and a piranha bar, are probably my favorites so far.
Chain saw holder.
Something I'm still missing is a tool box for mine, big enough to hold chains, wrench for where my lower arms attach (they have to come off to swap my backhoe on... I have thoughts of using clip pins here but haven't done anything about that yet either), a rag, gloves, who knows what else...

One big, clean, dry roll of paper towels. Good for cleaning up all sorts of situations. Especially when I'm out - half mile from the house.

I'll have at least 2 ports (for driving the backhoe) and am thinking of adding 2 more. Plus I want a front grapple, so that should at least have a diverter(?).

Suicide knob is a Great cheap accessory that is very nice to have.

For me it's a fire extinguisher. I want to at least have a fighting chance to save my tractor if it decides to light up.

That's a tough one! For me, right now since the days are getting shorter, I am looking at better lights

I love my ratchet rake. The way it built give you a spot for a clevis on top or bottom

Someone here awhile back suggested a magnetic strip on back to hold lynch pins and the like while changing implements.

That's not a bad idea at all! I typically put the pins on the implement or something, they fall in the mud/snow/weeds/etc. A little mag strip would solve that issue! That's going to happen!

I like that! I have one for my knives in the kitchen, so I know how strong they are.

mine has a place on the lift arms to stick them, a little piece of tube welded on. I even did that to my old ford, welded on some tube to just stick them into.....

Not sure what you mean by "bolt on" grapple.

But since you want a bucket, grapple, AND forks....to me a SSQA is a must

Buy the best seat you can afford.

Nothing but air ride for me at this point.

Google Titan's Bolt on Grapple. It's just a grapple that bolts to your existing bucket instead being a hot swap item.

Also, the tractor comes with skid steer quick attach. I thought that was standard on all LS's?

I like that, papacahz. I was thinking about mounting a metal plate back there with a few holes to stick them through while they're out, until I read the magnet idea.

There's so much resourcefulness on this forum, it's almost scary.

Just googled.

For the price, and also wanting forks....just get a ssqa, and actual grapple, and actual forks.
