I buy vehicles at an employee owned dealer where they put the price on the windshield of every vehicle they have on the lot. No dickering on the price. Now, if they don't sell the vehicle in time, the price will be lowered. Saves a lot of time both for me and the dealership.

You aren't really giving up any ownership rights by putting up a fence. A lot of people wit rural property designate the fence with signs stating "Fence does not indicate property line" or some such language. As long as you and your neighbor understand that it's cool.

They are so comfortable more and more pants are available flannel or fleece lined. I saw some pretty nice khaki pants the other day that were lined. Might have to get a pair of those.

With the Carhartt long johns being nearly $50 I think the limited seasonal use might not justify them. But, some wear them year 'round I think.

I have a couple pair if flannel and one pair of fleece lined trousers, pants, jeans.....whatever. There are nice when it gets down to the 20's or below. I would expect they are essential for the temps you get.
