32F and nice and sunny @ 16:00, heading down to 19F for the low overnight. Then big warm up for tomorrow (46F) ... followed by Winter Storm Watch, with "heavy mixed precipitation" ...

Got Menards order placed for number of items including sunflower and safflower seeds for the birds. It's ready to pick up - at least the part that wasn't backordered. But will wait till tomorrow to do that.

Also managed to locate the 2nd ink cartridge for the printer and got that replaced so I could print out the order. Previous one appears to have lasted about a year (despite some heavy usage) ...

Agenda for the rest of this afternoon and evening:

Fish room maintenance.

Plant watering and maintenance.

Organize paperwork and father documents for filing taxes. Think we have them all now.

Assume you are filing your federal taxes electronically. If so be glad - we've had to file paper returns for the past couple of years and getting them processed and a return issued has taken a long time. And it appears that they are still backlogged.

It finally hit 33° so technically above freezing today.

We still have ice in shady spots from a couple weeks ago. If snow under 6” I let the sun remove it. Had that one 6” snow I pushed, and made a mess. I have a couple big frozen dirt clumps I dug, and a pile of frozen gravel in the yard. Except for where the sun never hits right in front of garage, the drive melts pretty good even below freezing once it gets a little sun.

Supposed to hit 50s Thursday and Friday with rain. Need to grab some pallets out of my open shed while ground is still frozen. Which means tonight after dark or in the morning before work.

26F clear sky single number overnight...least on the + side of zero.

Day started out good until 6am boss had news also asking favor,seems young guy which was to help me had warrant out for his arrest last Friday he was cuff and stuff on the job boss would like me go back 30 hour work week until he can hire someone...yet to give answer.

Roy and Buppies has warn me about the nasty storm coming,this afternoon check grease diesel up and walk round Kubota and walk behind blower ready for...heed the warning.

Good to be feet up evening and cuddy pillow early.

Yes, I've used TurboTax now for quite a few years.

And isn't Winter supposed to be here? I took my wife to Walmart this afternoon when it was 70 sunny degrees outside. We're still supposed to have some cold Winter weather, maybe even some snow, in another day or two.
