I can't answer the other questions, and I don't have a backhoe on mine, not worth the extra $$ for something that I'd rarely use. But for this I'd likely us some lengths of 2x8 or 2x10 to increase the surface area when dealing with soft ground.

I probably would not worry about 6 ounce either. But like someone else said, diesel and gas do not mix and will separate. Diesel is denser and will sink to the bottom. If you let a can of mixed fuel sit you might be able to skim the gas off the top.

They stick out further than the wheels and they are easy to take out if you don't pay attention. Some people swap them left/right and put them on the inside of the ROPS. I didn't do that because it would make it extremely difficult to operate the chute rotator on my rear blower.

I've looked at my service manual. Replacing the wet clutch involves spitting the tractor. That's not something I'd be able to do. Probably looking at a couple thousand $ fix, maybe more.

as above, if there is oil in your coolant and there is an issue it would be engine oil and caused by a bad head gasket. If this is the case you would likely also see water in your oil. Pressure from the coolant system is more likely to blow coolant into the oil than the other way round.
