GC1725 FEL (FL1805) Pin Rattles Out?

FL1805 has anyone had issues with the loader pin rattling out? In case there is a question about what pin I mean it is item 5 on the image.

I've had this happen a few times, luckily I've always been able to find it.

Use a zip tie to tie the ring to the pin. Or a piece of wire or something. That will keep it from getting pulled out.

You can always replace it with the same size PTO pin. They come various sizes and lock more securely than a lynch pin. The also do make some better lynch pins.

I seriously don't understand how it's coming out. It's always closed when I find it and is seems tight and secure when it's in place and takes some effort to make it pop of without opening it. I also know that this time nothing, including myself, got in between the loader frame and the tractor that could have pulled it off.

Pin has lost its tension...Replace it.... OR as others state, wire it or ZIP tie....

That pin is pulled to remove the loader it should not be tight unless in tension while FEL is used. Seriously a 2 buck PTO pin will not wiggle out as easy.

Yep, I'm ordering some, smaller than the 3PT pins, only 5/16. I think the tension on the pin has always been bad, first time it happened I'd only had the tractor a couple of months. Should have gotten new ones the first time it happened, but I was being lazy.
